The band offers two types of fundraising
- General band fundraisers where monies raised goes toward the general band account.
- Individual fundraisers where monies raised go toward a single student’s account.

Matching Funds from your Employer:
Many employers will match funds that you donate to a not-for-profit organization (i.e. Fletcher High School Band Boosters) or they will recognize your volunteer hours with a cash donation. The Duncan U Fletcher High School Band Booster Association (tax ID 20-5185351) is a 501(c) organization and donations are tax deductible. If your employer has a matching funds program, please pursue these donations!
The Band Boosters run the concession stands, on both the home and visitor side at all home football games and hosted competitions.For questions about concessions, contact the Volunteer Coordinator or Fundraising Coordinator.
The Business Sponsor program is 50/50 General Fund and Student Account fundraising opportunity. Business Sponsors make a one-time donation that forms a year-long partnership. Their donation contributes to ALL the programs that directly help our band students. They help pay for new instruments, uniforms, clinician fees, music, our marching drill, travel costs and many other things not covered by the student fees.
**Please be sure to have the business complete the form and include your student’s name so we are able to credit your accounts appropriately.
Seaside Invitational Ads:
Many businesses partner with our Band Boosters by advertising in the program for our Seaside Invitational Marching Event (October) and/or Seaside Invitational Winter Guard Event (February).
Advertising fee is per event and students can sell ads as a 50/50 General Fund and Student Account fundraising opportunity.
